Consumer Agreement
The owner and operator of this website is Pegasos Swiss Association a registered association based in Switzerland. The term “you, your” below refers to any customers, visitors and any other users of this website.
Please note, Pegasos Swiss Association reserves the right to refuse to sell a subscription or approve a VAD application for any reason to any person. If a purchase request is refused, the purchaser notified by email. The decision will be final.
Purchase Policy
You may purchase subscriptions (and VAD) from this website by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Pegasos Swiss Association reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Refund Policy
Pegasos Yearly Subscription fees may be refundable upon request. The amount refunded will reflect the proportion of the annual sum at the time the refund request is made.
VAD Applications are refundable upon request to the extent that the costs already incurred by Pegasos Swiss Association are fully covered. Costs may include but are not limited to fees payed by Pegasos to external medical and other consultants, to internal administration staff as well as other costs deemed by Pegasos Swiss Association to be reasonable in the course of the approval process.
Pegasos Swiss Association is committed to a transparent fees regime and an ethical and equitable refund policy.
